I’ve said it before- I have crazy small lips. My top lip is literally non existent. This is why I never wear lipstick or lipgloss.
A few years ago, I purchased No Bleeding Lips, a “secret” lip liner that goes on clear and prevents your lip colour from bleeding around your lips. I expected big things and huge benefits for my situation: This liner would prevent my lower lip from transferring on to and above my top lip.
What I Liked: If there’s anything I can say about this liner, it’s that it applies well. It glides on with no pull. It also seems to stay on all day, which is a huge plus. The packaging is also very cute (anything pink is cool with me).
What I Didn’t Like: Not to be harsh, but basically everything else. I’ve tried this product several times, and it just doesn’t do anything for me. Literally nothing. I’ve tried applying it different ways and with different lipsticks, but I keep getting the same result. I don’t know if it’s just my lips, but this liner didn’t prevent the transfer above my lip or any type of bleeding. It’s almost like I wasn’t wearing it.
Final Thoughts: I would never purchase No Bleeding Lips again. It did nothing for me and was too pricey at $15 CAD. I actually just recently discovered that Sally Hansen makes a similar product for half the cost. There’s a chance this product works a lot better for other people, but it just didn’t work for me!
Did you have a totally different result from No Bleeding Lips? I would love to know!
