Summer is in full effect and for the first time in a long time I’m really enjoying it. I’m usually a total Summer hater and can’t stand the heat, but this year I’m trying my best to soak up all the fun I can. It’s August and the busiest part of our summer is in progress. We got back from our trip up North a few weeks ago, and it was amazing. We visited family, saw some sights, stayed in a hotel for the first time as a family of five, and explored Mackinac Island.
