It’s that time of year! Christmas is just over a month away and I’m slowly seeing people put up their holiday decor. Our Canadian thanksgiving was back near the beginning of October, so when Halloween passed, our tree went right up. Along with December, I like to milk all of November for holiday decor – it’s just who I am.
Included in my regular decor, I have frames that allow me to switch out prints for every holiday. Typically, I’ll search the web and see what I can find, but this year I decided to make my own prints.
I have always found that Mother’s and Father’s Days are the “holidays” that tend to be forgotten about until the very last minute. With Mother’s Day being so close to Easter, it becomes a non-priority for many of us. Father’s day, on the other hand, lands very close to summer and gets lost in the mix of planning parties and wrapping up the school year.
You might remember that for Mother’s Day this year, I did a last minute gift guide. For Father’s Day, I wanted to do a different spin on figuring things out last minute. With that, here are 5 last minute ideas that won’t cost you a penny.

I’ve always been a coffee drinker, but I’ve never been opposed to drinking tea. Over the years, I’ve tried many different types of tea and learned what I do and don’t like, but never taken the time to actually purchase high quality tea and the appropriate accessories.
When Adagio Teas reached out to me to try their gourmet teas, I couldn’t wait. I found so many goodies on their website and I’m excited to share them with you just in time for the holidays!
