Happy September, AKA my favourite month of the year! The kids are in school, the weather is cooling off, and I feel totally invigorated. I’ve discussed before how September feels more like a fresh start to me than January, and this year is no different. We had a busy end of summer and here’s what I’ve been up to since then:

It’s November! Where is the time going? Here in Canada we had Thanksgiving last month, so when Halloween and Remembrance day passed, I moved right into the Christmas season. This tends to be the busiest time of year for most people, so check out what I’ve been up to this past month:

We made it through the first 6 weeks of 2019! January truly felt like it was never ending, yet February has flown by. The weather here has been absolutely ridiculous (Spring one day and covered in snow the next) and I’m looking forward to getting this Winter over with.

Last week I realized that between Holly’s class and both the kids’ daycare classes, we needed 80+ Halloween treats to hand out. Obviously handing out goodies isn’t mandatory, but we still like to do it, so I went on a mission to find a cute and inexpensive solution.
