Cheesy Chicken, Rice, and Biscuit Bake
An easy and frugal recipe that our family loves!
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup butter or margerine melted
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups minute rice
- 1 package Pillsbury biscuits
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Season and cook as you wish. I choose to lightly pan fry.
Combine all other ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add in the cooked chicken.
Pour mixture into a greased pan (I use 9 x 13" pan)
Cut biscuits into small pieces (I chose to half them) and place on top of the mixture.
Bake 35 minutes, or until biscuits are browned to your liking, and serve!
