Cheesy Chicken, Rice, and Biscuit Bake

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup butter or margerine melted
  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 1 package Pillsbury biscuits


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Season and cook as you wish. I choose to lightly pan fry.
  • Combine all other ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add in the cooked chicken.
  • Pour mixture into a greased pan (I use 9 x 13" pan)
  • Cut biscuits into small pieces (I chose to half them) and place on top of the mixture.
  • Bake 35 minutes, or until biscuits are browned to your liking, and serve!
